1. About LUMI
LUMI helps businesses manage operational work with AI and human oversight. Service operator: Lumiios by Salestor LTD. These terms describe the rules for using LUMI.
2. Access and authorized use
Use LUMI only if you are authorized to act for the business whose workspace you access. Keep your login details secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not access another business's data, bypass safeguards, send unlawful or unsolicited messages, or use LUMI to harm others.
3. Business instructions and oversight
Your business is responsible for the instructions, information, permissions, and approvals it gives LUMI. AI-generated drafts may contain errors. Review material information and any proposed external action before approving it. LUMI does not replace legal, tax, financial, or other regulated professional advice.
4. Connected services and WhatsApp
Connecting an account must be authorized by its owner. When you use WhatsApp through LUMI, you must follow applicable WhatsApp and Meta terms and messaging rules, including any required consent from recipients. Connected services have their own terms and may change or become unavailable. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or other secrets in ordinary messages.
5. Data and deletion requests
LUMI may process business information and WhatsApp data needed for the requested work, including messages, contacts, and phone numbers. The approved privacy policy must describe the actual processing practices. See the User Data Deletion page for the proposed request process. These terms do not authorize access to data your business has no right to share.
6. Pilot access and commercial terms
LUMI is in development. Availability and features may change. Any paid service, fees, service commitments, or additional business terms require a separate agreement. This page does not establish a price or a service-level guarantee.
7. Ending access
You may ask to stop using LUMI and request deletion of your data. Access may be suspended when needed to protect data, investigate misuse, or comply with applicable law. Any retained data and retention periods must be explained in the approved policy and the response to your deletion request.
